　　徐州国际经济技术合作有限公司成立于1994年，是经中华人民共和国对外经济贸易合作部批准的，具有独立对外经济合作和进出口贸易经营权的综合性企业。

　　目前本公司主要经营：
　　1． 粮油食品、土产、畜产、五矿、纺织、针织、丝绸、服装、轻工、工艺、医药、化工、电子、陶瓷、工农具、机械设备等商品的进出口业务。
　　2． 接受委托，代理上述进出口业务。
　　3． 技术进出口业务。
　　4． 承办中外合资经营、合作生产业务。
　　5． 承办国外来料加工、来样加工、来件装配业务。
　　6． 承办补偿贸易业务。
